Amirante, the "Coat and Window Frame" tender will be active from August 1st.

Tomorrow, Friday, August 1st, the new 'Coats and Windows' call for proposals will open, an important tool with which the Region intends to concretely support citizens, families, and businesses in the process of making buildings more energy efficient.
The announcement was made by Regional Councilor for Infrastructure and Territory Cristina Amirante, highlighting the environmental, economic, and social value of the project. The call for proposals will remain open until December 31, 2027, and provides for a grant equal to 50% of the costs incurred, up to a maximum of €12,000 for each of the three eligible types of intervention: thermal insulation, roof insulation, and window and door replacement.
The incentives are aimed at properties classified in the cadastral categories A1 to A11, C1 and C3, therefore including private homes, shops and artisan workshops.
"The maximum amount that can be granted is €36,000 per property unit," Amirante emphasized, "for projects that contribute to energy savings, improve living comfort, and enhance existing buildings, with direct benefits for both individuals and the environment." Eligible expenses must be documented by invoices dated after January 1, 2025. The grant cannot be combined with the photovoltaic tender or the 2023 inclement weather compensation.
"This call," the councilor concluded, "is a key component of our strategy for urban regeneration and energy consumption reduction. The goal is to make Friuli Venezia Giulia increasingly sustainable, competitive, and responsive to the concrete needs of people and communities."
